Brand media platform

A German retail brand wanted on-brand images and video at scale without shipping their assets to someone else's cloud. I trained custom models on their brand, built a multi-user platform with user and API-key management, and handed it over. Their team makes the content now. I don't.

Construction operating system

A construction firm ran on WhatsApp, paper, and Excel. I built the AI-first site OS that replaces it: document intelligence, delivery-note and invoice OCR, a media archive, management analytics, multi-tenant, hosted in Germany. Running as a pilot now.

Enterprise screening platform

Private, branded screening for premium film work. 4K 10-bit VOD and live, SRT with AES-256, review and approval, endpoints you control. The workflow underneath has run premium brand productions through major agencies for years. The new platform launches soon.
